克拉甘麗晶酒店 (The Klagan Regency 1Borneo)

Untuk yang baru beranak, ada baby.. hotel ini adalah paling terbaik.. cuma parking ja problem.. tapi untuk org kota marudu, pitas, kudat atau kb.. untuk singkatkan perjalanan pulang, hotel ni servis dia 10 juta bintang makanan dia pun ngammn dengan harga.. ni entah ke berapa puluh kali suda kami menginap sini.. Mencintai staf dia.. apa lagi yg urusan luggage 1 juta bintang!!!

Registration process over the counter was too slow..and i wonder why? I Q at 1.50pm and only got the access card to the room at 4.00 pm. I will definitely wont come here anymore, and will never recommend to others bcos this hotel got no parking lot. Its really big problem to us, guests. Wasting so much time searching...big NO to this hotel. TQ

1. Parking car a bit hard to find m 2. The door knob between living room and bed room was broken 3. No hot water at the bath tub. Called maintenance team but no improvement. 4. Sink was clogged but eventually problem solved after maintenance team come over 5. Customer service nice

We had a good stay. I enjoyed breakfast, the nasi lemak was delicious. Keep it up.

Found couple of hairs in the bathroom & smell of urine. need to improve on cleaning services. Breakfast was good with decent chiice.

還是不錯的，性價比很高了，早餐餐品不錯，樣式很多，對面就是粉紅清真寺，泳池沒去，但是看到不少人游泳，甚歡。

1) Parking very limited parking depan hotel dan sentiasa full. terpaksa guna parking mall dgn caj, tiada diskaun untuk penginap hotel. dari parking mall ke lobby hotel, tiada shortcut jln sblh dalam, keluar dulu mall baru dpt ke lobby. agak leceh bg penginap dgn barang yg byk lg. hrp pihak hotel dpt cari penyelesaian utk keselesaan penginap2 yg bawa kenderaan. 2) Katil book deluxe king...tapi dapat 2 katil single yg dirapatkan...jd ruang lebih kecil dan ada celah di tengah...kurang selesa... Overall, amenities okay, breakfast okay, kolam okay...good stay..jz pls improve on main issues above..
